Keebs Specialises in Energy Efficient Build Systems for the New Build and Refurbishment Sector, with our in house design & operation team we are able to design, and manage retro fit/new build systems to enhance and upgrade the energy efficiency of existing/new stock.
Predominantly our two main activities within Keebs is:
1. The design and construction of our Energy Efficient Build System for new build where we provide an envelope build system to achieve code level 4 at greater cost and speed efficiency than traditional build.
2. The design and implementation of a Energy Efficient Retro Fit Build system to existing traditional built units
Within KEEBS we have purchased and enhanced a pre 1920 cottage based in Aberdare South Wales to which we have produced a Energy Efficient unit in line with Code Level 4. The company out lay was a strategic move to display the Efficiency that can be made by implementing the right design and construction process to existing housing which is the majority housing stock in the South Wales Valleys.

Kathrens Holdings was formed in 2007 as a Holding company for WK Plasterers Ltd and it's associate Company,Carbis Properties Ltd. WK Plasterers Ltd was set up in 1971 providing operatives to the Volume New Build Sector.
