Transworld Real Estate have engaged WK to demolish existing buildings and construct 43 Luxury Apartments at 130-32 Bute Street Cardiff. This exciting devolpment will be constructed using a revolutionary light weight steel frame system, designed by our "KEEBS" division, which will enable an excellent Energy Efficient Building to be produced. Construction times are significantly more efficient as opposed to traditional methods, reducing the program from 60 weeks to just 40 weeks. The quality of the completed product will be of a high standard and will have a huge favourable impact in the Cardiff Bay area.
