We have recently been awarded the drywall package on this scheme by Watkin Jones & Sons Ltd. The 26 week scheme in the heart of Bristol City Center, will provide much needed accomoation for University Students. This 10 storey bock of apartments will be logistically challenging, coupled with the speed of build will require expert planning and execution to ensure an efficient and timely delivery.
Kathrens Holdings was formed in 2007 as a Holding company for WK Plasterers Ltd and it's associate Company,Carbis Properties Ltd. WK Plasterers Ltd was set up in 1971 providing operatives to the Volume New Build Sector.
The Group has then developed further by adding the subsiduaries, KEEBS & Carbis Partnership Homes.
