Congratulations to Seth Morgan for achieving your Performance Beyond Compliance Certificate when visited by the Considerate Constructors Scheme. Seth Morgan is the site manager on The Horizon developement based in Ogmore-By-Sea, which has recently performed beyond compliance by scoring at least seven in appearance, respect, protect, safety and workforce. The work on site of seven luxury apartments with beautiful sea views will be complete in July 2017.
